Fuels Information Regulations, No. 1 (SOR/C.R.C., c. 407)

These regulations apply to all fuels in liquid form that originate from crude oils, coal or bituminous sands.  They require an annual reporting on sulphur levels in fuels and one-time reporting on non-lead fuel additive content.
