This Regulation was consolidated into the new Cross-Border Movement of Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Recyclable Material Regulations (XBR).
These regulations establish strict controls on the export of PCB waste. They complement requirements set by the Export and Import of Hazardous Wastes and Hazardous Recyclable Material Regulations.
