Toxic Substances Export Notification Regulations (SOR/92-634) [Repealed]

About the regulations

Effective March 31, 2000, the Toxic Substances Export Notification Regulations (TSEN Regulations, SOR/92-634) were repealed under the Export Control List Notification Regulations (ECLN Regulations, SOR/20000-108). Substances that were subject to the TSEN Regulations are now subject to the ECLN Regulations.
