Disposal at Sea Regulations (SOR/2001-275)

These regulations relate to the disposal at sea. They specify boundaries of the sea in major estuaries where disposal at sea may be allowed, service standards for issuing or renewing a permit, action levels and mechanisms for screening waste, eligibility requirements for permit renewals, and reporting requirements in cases of emergency disposal.
