Solvent Degreasing Regulations (SOR/2003-283)

These regulations apply to the use and sale of trichloroethylene (TCE) or tetrachloroethylene (PERC) for solvent degreasing.  They include a provision for market intervention which incorporates tradable allowances for the use of TCE and PERC in solvent degreasing operations.
