Diesel Fuel Regulations (SOR/97-110) [Repealed]

About the regulations

Effective July 31, 2002, the Diesel Fuel Regulations (SOR/97-110) were replaced and repealed by the Sulphur in Diesel Fuel Regulations (SOR/2002-254). Diesel fuel for use in on-road vehicles that was subject to the Diesel Fuel Regulations is now subject to the Sulphur in Diesel Fuel Regulations.
