Chromium Electroplating, Chromium Anodizing and Reverse Etching Regulations (SOR/2009-162)

These regulations apply to facilities using chromium trioxide.  They limit the release of hexavalent chromium compounds from tanks holding a solution containing an HVC compound used for chromium electroplating, chromium anodizing or reverse etching.
