PCB Regulations (SOR/2008-273)

These regulations prohibit the release, manufacture, processing, use, import, export, offer for sale and sale of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and products that contain certain concentrations of PCBs. They also have requirements for PCB storage, labelling, reporting and destruction.
